Because you are motivated, you can make mistakes, you make an effort and you enjoy this effort\/error.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gamification goes beyond ranking and points; if it is used wisely the game techniques have a lot of potential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, gamification puts you as a <b>main character<\/b>, you are participating, it makes learning meaningful. Our way of being in the world is with curiosity and taking situations as <b>challenges<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_Play_Thinking_methodology_and_how_do_you_use_it\"><\/span><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"color: #f84015;\">What is the Play Thinking methodology and how do you use it?<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br>We have been advocates of the <\/span><b>playful attitude<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This attitude is an attitude towards life, it has to do with living in the present, accepting mistakes and transcending them, embracing uncertainty, approaching situations as challenges and enjoying the moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the playful attitude we move on to <\/span><b>playful thinking<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in other words, what mechanisms we activate in our brain so that a situation such as a working day can be experienced as if it were a game. Activating playful thinking is done through <\/span><b>6 aspects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Context: When you play you have a context and within this context there is a purpose. The first thing to do to activate playful thinking is to think about the context and the purpose of the environment you are in (university, work&#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Know what your character can and cannot do: do you know yourself, your limitations and capabilities?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get to know others: Understand how they interact in context to know how they can influence you.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approach situations as challenges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage complexity: playful thinking makes the person able to manage any complexity in a real situation.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enjoyable environments: when people play, they create environments worth being in.
