These <a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/en\/e-learning-training-possibilities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">distance-learning platforms have great possibilities<\/a> and in this article, we are going to talk about <strong>how to work on team skills through e-learning<\/strong>. In a previous article, we <a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/en\/moodle-elearning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">explained Moodle<\/a>, the platform without limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_strengthen_your_employees_skills\"><\/span>How to strengthen your employees&#8217; skills<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are very effective tools for managing talent and improving and strengthening job skills, but let&#8217;s start at the beginning, what do we mean when we talk about skills?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We speak of skills as the sum of knowledge to develop a certain activity. We can classify them into two types: <strong>soft skills<\/strong> and <strong>hard skills<\/strong>. These types of skills are probably not known, since we acquire and learn them throughout life through daily interactions with others, such as knowing how to work in a team or being a good communicator. Soft skills are also sometimes equated with personality traits rather than skills, but acquiring these skills is the basis for knowing how to work collaboratively and succeed in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some examples of soft skills most in demand by companies are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emotional intelligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creativity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stress management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are skills with subjective elements, often more difficult to assess, but even so, you can work on them by engaging employees in virtual adventures, <a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/en\/gamification-in-educational-environments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gamifying e-learning courses<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Analyze_the_soft_skills_of_the_team\"><\/span>Analyze the soft skills of the team<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The first starting point for a good strategy is to analyze which soft skills need to be reinforced in the work team. Group dynamics, tests, self-evaluations, etc. can be used for this purpose. With this, we will know where we are starting from in order to develop a <a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/en\/steps-to-create-a-successful-moodle-course\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">successful training process<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Measure_the_skill_level_of_the_employees\"><\/span>Measure the skill level of the employees<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After the analysis, it is important to measure the results of the monitoring or tests that have been carried out and to assess the level of each soft skill that your team has. In this way, we can know which skills are more mastered and which need work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Listening_to_the_team_feedback\"><\/span>Listening to the team, feedback<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is essential to get feedback from employees. Soft skills are very subjective and sometimes the data are not sufficient to draw conclusions. It is better to choose which ones are important for the company. These are the most traditional competencies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They can usually be quantified and are skills that we have learned and improved with a lot of effort. Hard skills can sometimes be specific to the job we do, or the position or level we are in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some examples of hard skills are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Web programming.
