experience to <strong>get the ideal candidate.<\/strong> In this way, the professional is involved from the moment he\/she joins the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through competitions between candidates where only one candidate can remain, the prospective <strong>employee can demonstrate his or her own capabilities<\/strong> and bring out the best in him or herself. Undoubtedly an added value to be exploited to the maximum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use <strong>puzzles<\/strong>, and <strong>progress bars<\/strong> for the different phases of the selection process, or even offer <strong>rewards<\/strong> for their dedication by inviting them to participate in the selection process.
