everyone<\/strong>, regardless of age, language, geographic location, etc. <br>New technologies have played a fundamental role in the evolution of <strong>online training<\/strong>, enabling this training model through educational platforms known as LMS (Learning Management Systems).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"E-learning_concept\"><\/span>E-learning concept<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We know the importance of e-learning as a learning model based on education through online training platforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The term &#8220;e-learning&#8221; was created by Elliott Masie at the TechLearn conference in November 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On many occasions, similar terms such as <strong>tele-training, distance learning, virtual teaching, and online training<\/strong> are heard, all of which have similar meanings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Origin_of_elearning_first_platforms\"><\/span>Origin of elearning, first platforms<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 1990s, the first terms <strong>LMS<\/strong> and <strong>virtual campus<\/strong> appeared, which took steps to establish themselves in the teaching-learning models we know today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 2000s, they began positioning themselves as a <strong>complement and alternative to classroom or traditional training<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how we know blended learning, which combines both models to no longer just a system of education but has become a part of those <strong>companies looking for solutions to develop the talent<\/strong> of their employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LMSs currently have <strong>practical and effective resources<\/strong> to strengthen the skills of those who use them. A few of these resources are listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Own_contents\"><\/span>Own contents<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating <a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/en\/contents\/\">personalized content<\/a> that is tailored to the end user creates a special connection with students, which drives participation, completion, and overall satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Microlearning\"><\/span>Microlearning<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of t<strong>raining pills<\/strong> facilitates the learning process and minimizes the time spent on training or presenting information to users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Content_Gamification\"><\/span>Content Gamification<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/en\/contents\/gamification\/\">Gamifying learning content<\/a> turns boring and monotonous tasks into an exciting experience.
