Over two days, educational leaders, training managers, institutions, and technology companies shared their vision, challenges, and lessons learned on: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The real impact of <strong>artificial intelligence on education and corporate training.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New ways to activate continuous learning in organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The role of technology as a facilitator (rather than a protagonist) of learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culture, talent, and people as drivers of change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>talks were particularly inspiring<\/strong>, with presentations that encouraged participants to question traditional models and think about learning experiences that are more connected to everyday reality.<\/p>\n\n<p>And if we had to highlight one, it would be that of <strong>Ousman Umar<\/strong>, founder of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nascoict.org\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NASCO Feeding Minds<\/a><\/strong>: at the age of 13, he left Ghana and endured a grueling journey to reach Spain; today, he dedicates his life to opening up opportunities through education and digital training so that other young people do not have to risk their lives in search of a future. His message left no one indifferent: <strong>\u201cWe must feed minds, not stomachs.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Our_small_contribution\"><\/span><strong>Our small contribution<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Being <strong>Silver Sponsors<\/strong> of EdTech Congress Barcelona 2026 allowed us to experience the event from the inside, rethink educational models, learn, unlearn, and, above all, <strong>talk<\/strong>. Talk a lot.  <\/p>\n\n<p>And we did so with a very clear message: <strong>training means knowing where to aim<\/strong>. Because today we have more platforms, more data, and more AI than ever before&#8230; but learning does not improve by adding tools. It improves when we focus on people, their context, and what they really need. The question we must ask ourselves is not what training we do, but for whom.
