It\u2019s not a technical glitch, nor is it usually a problem with Moodle. It\u2019s something more structural.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_platform_isnt_being_used_because_people_dont_understand_it\"><\/span>The platform isn&#8217;t being used because people don&#8217;t understand it<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>When someone visits for the first time (or returns after a while), <strong>three very basic questions<\/strong> should answer themselves:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What am I supposed to do here?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where do I start?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What&#8217;s the point of this?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If that isn&#8217;t clear within the first few seconds, something goes wrong.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Taking_courses_is_not_the_same_as_receiving_training\"><\/span>Taking courses is not the same as receiving training<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>This happens all the time. There\u2019s content. There are courses. Sometimes there are a lot of them. But there isn\u2019t always a clear logic behind it.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Mandatory training mixed with optional courses. Vague career paths. Catalogs that grow without much direction. We&#8217;re talking about <strong>details<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How to navigate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you see first?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What stands out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What lies hidden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Small decisions that make logging into the platform feel natural\u2026 or like a chore.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Moodle_isnt_the_problem\"><\/span>Moodle isn&#8217;t the problem<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Sometimes the reaction is clear: \u201cWe need more features.\u201d More automation, more courses, more options. But often that\u2019s not the answer. In fact, <strong>what works best is usually the opposite: organizing, simplifying, and making sense of things.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n<p>Moodle (and any well-designed LMS) has more than enough features to make a platform work.
