With this new phase, one of the goals is to better adapt to current needs. <\/p>\n\n<p>The underlying technology remains the same, but in the coming years the project will take a step forward in terms of how it is managed and used. The goal is clear: to improve the user experience, update the visual design, and optimize overall performance. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_Formadiba_and_why_is_it_important\"><\/span>What is Formadiba and why is it important?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Formadiba is the <a href=\"https:\/\/seuelectronica.diba.cat\/ca\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/seuelectronica.diba.cat\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barcelona Provincial Council\u2019s<\/a> virtual digital learning environment, designed to <strong>promote training, collaboration, and knowledge creation within the public sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>It is primarily aimed at training local government staff, providing tools and resources to support their ongoing professional development.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Barcelona Provincial Council offers an online training ecosystem structured around various platforms that work in tandem:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Formadiba (LMS):<\/strong> the platform used to deliver online training and manage courses, workshops, working groups, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Training Resource Center (CMS):<\/strong> an open platform featuring materials such as manuals, guides, and podcasts, which functions as a digital library organized by subject, job role, and skill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FormaWiki (DocuWiki):<\/strong> a corporate tool for creating digital training content that is subsequently published in the resource center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_full-scale_project\"><\/span>A full-scale project<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>The figures from Formadiba help illustrate the scale of the project:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>45,000 users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5.726 users<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This scale requires a thoughtful approach.
