Simply hosting content was not enough: an <strong>environment capable of supporting a much more diverse learning experience was needed.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The requirements were clear from the outset:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manage different programmes, profiles and methodologies<\/strong> within a single platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>To facilitate access<\/strong> to content and activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitor<\/strong> each student\u2019s progress and assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>To improve communication<\/strong> between students and teaching staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integrate<\/strong> with other systems and processes within the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And there was one fundamental condition that carried just as much weight as the others: the platform could not become a ceiling. The result: content presented in a clean, modern and intuitive way, with less complexity for students and a greater focus on learning. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Plugins_for_FUNDAE_and_SEPE\"><\/span><strong>3. Plugins for FUNDAE and SEPE<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ecosystem includes <strong>specific reports for<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/es\/plugin-moodle-fundae\/\">&lt; 3 &gt;FUNDAE<\/a><\/strong>, which facilitate the management of the information required for subsidised training, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/tresipunt.com\/es\/plugin-moodle-sepe\/\">plugin for integration with the SEPE<\/a> that connects Moodle with the processes required by the organisation.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_A_migration_completed_in_record_time\"><\/span><strong>4. A migration completed in record time<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most notable aspects of the project was <strong>the migration of content from the previous platform<\/strong>. Rather than moving the material course by course, much of the process was automated.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018The ability to find a solution to automate a large part of the process meant that our team did not have to transfer the content manually \u2013 a task that would have required a very significant investment of time and resources.\u2019 \u2013 Marta G\u00f3mez, CCC<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform migration was carried out much more efficiently and with minimal disruption to internal teams.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Results_from_a_shared_environment_to_proactive_monitoring\"><\/span>Results: from a shared environment to proactive monitoring<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first change was to have a <strong>single digital environment<\/strong> from which to organise and manage the entire learning experience. The second, and more interesting, change came later: using the platform\u2019s data to provide better support for students. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCC has developed <strong>dashboards and monitoring alerts<\/strong> that enable it to identify at an early stage those who are falling behind and take action before they drop out. Artificial intelligence, automation and data analysis will play an ever-greater role: better resources, early identification of difficulties and more personalised support.
