3ipunt at the EdTech Congress Barcelona 2026 as a Silver Sponsor
On February 4 and 5, 2026, the Palau de Congresos de Barcelona brought together education, technology, and institutions to rethink the future of learning. At 3ipunt, we participated as Silver sponsors, connecting ideas and real experiences to transform training in the age of artificial intelligence.

A conference to rethink how we learn
The EdTech Congress Barcelona has established itself as one of Europe’s leading events for educational innovation, training, and technology applied to learning. Over two days, educational leaders, training managers, institutions, and technology companies shared their vision, challenges, and lessons learned on:
- The real impact of artificial intelligence on education and corporate training.
- New ways to activate continuous learning in organizations.
- The role of technology as a facilitator (rather than a protagonist) of learning.
- Culture, talent, and people as drivers of change.
The talks were particularly inspiring, with presentations that encouraged participants to question traditional models and think about learning experiences that are more connected to everyday reality.
And if we had to highlight one, it would be that of Ousman Umar, founder of NASCO Feeding Minds: at the age of 13, he left Ghana and endured a grueling journey to reach Spain; today, he dedicates his life to opening up opportunities through education and digital training so that other young people do not have to risk their lives in search of a future. His message left no one indifferent: “We must feed minds, not stomachs.”
Our small contribution
Being Silver Sponsors of EdTech Congress Barcelona 2026 allowed us to experience the event from the inside, rethink educational models, learn, unlearn, and, above all, talk. Talk a lot.
And we did so with a very clear message: training means knowing where to aim. Because today we have more platforms, more data, and more AI than ever before… but learning does not improve by adding tools. It improves when we focus on people, their context, and what they really need. The question we must ask ourselves is not what training we do, but for whom. That is where training leaves its mark and the impact is multiplied.
In addition to participating in discussions, our team also took to the stage: Meri presented her ideas on how to rethink the competency framework in the age of AI; Amanda introduced 3ipunt and encouraged us to consider educational models; Pau moderated AI for Teaching Innovation, a round table discussion with Sian Bayne and Javier Tejera; and Laura participated by providing technological and pedagogical support during the hackathon.

Moodle Workplace and learning connected to reality
At the EdTech Congress, we discussed Moodle Workplace, a solution designed for organizations that need more than a traditional LMS.
Moodle Workplace enables:
- Manage corporate learning centrally.
- Working with competency-based experiences.
- Create multi-tenant environments tailored to different units or customers.
- Design customized training content aligned with real objectives.
A proposal that fits particularly well in contexts where training must generate measurable results, without losing sight of the people involved.
The Formometer: measuring learning maturity
During the conference, we also invite you to try our Training Meter: a test that measures the temperature of training in your organization and tells you your level.
The reception was spectacular, and many people were eager to repeat the experience. If you didn’t try it during the event, or want to repeat it with your team, you can do so here:
Until the next edition, and remember: Let’s elearn together!
