Create a more personalized learning experience with the Learning Catalog
Now a new course highlighting feature allows you to visually highlight the high priority courses you want students to see first.
You can highlight new courses, free or paid offerings, training with deadlines, or any content you want to emphasize, reducing decision fatigue and making it easier for learners to start learning right away.
Save time and stay up to date with automatic price synchronization
The latest version adds automatic price synchronization. You can now link the catalog directly to paid course registration plugins so that any price you set for a course is automatically reflected in the catalog.
Explore new AI tools
This version includes powerful AI tools that allow you to generate and summarize content directly on the platform.
Because these capabilities are based on system permissions, you can also decide when and where learners can use AI content creation tools.
Simplified people management
Human Resource Management is enhanced with new features that simplify administrative tasks and allow greater customization of role assignments:
- Add a new user in the People tab: With the ability to create new users directly in the organizational structure, HR managers no longer need to use the full Site Administration menu to manage users.
- New “User is Manager” dynamic rule condition: This allows administrators to create more precise and customized workflows that better meet the specific needs of the different types of managers in their organization.
Student improvements
Improvements for learners focus on making information more accessible and streamlining the management of their learning:
- Easier access to learning reports: The Learning section of a user’s profile now provides a clear and visual warning of overdue programs and certifications.
- Session Availability Filter for Appointments: Appointment activity sessions can now be filtered by “session availability,” a feature that helps optimize scheduling for both learners and instructors.
