Not necessarily in that order, but without those 4 things life would be a bit more boring for her… Her cheerful and outgoing personality makes her one of the most active people at 3ipunt’s teambuilding events, where she doesn’t hesitate to stay until the end.
The beginnings at 3ipunt
Her path to 3ipunt began when she was an intern at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), where she gave support with the virtual campus while finishing her degree in Computer Science. Her interest in web development was born with her final thesis on Joomla, which led her to look for job opportunities in this field. It was then that she found 3ipunt on Infojobs, sent her first resume and has been an integral part of the company ever since.
Evolution of the industry and its role
Since its inception, Amanda has witnessed 3ipunt’s impressive growth. When it started, the team was small, with just five people (including three partners). Over the years, the company has grown exponentially, especially with the rise of e-learning during the pandemic, consolidating its position in the industry. Her role has also evolved from developer to web project manager, a position in which her technical expertise brings great value to management.
